About this coffee

Origin

Made of 100% Arabica beans grown in the Western mountain chains of Yemen and shipped from the legendary port of Mocha: The same port from where coffee first found its way to the rest of the World and gave the “Arabica” bean its name.

Roasting

This rare coffee is roasted to a medium-dark degree to develop roundness, body and bitter notes while preserving the wild floral specificity for which Yemeni coffee is known.
