This page is where you can support the running of CoffeeCapsule.

This site is built and maintained entirely by one person. I have made it completely free for everyone: no paywalls, no paid subscriptions, no premium features. It will stay completely free in future, whether you contribute or not.

The servers and everything else are paid for out of my own pocket. If the site has helped you in some way — saving money on capsules while travelling; finding capsules that suit you without buying a sleeve of every kind; or discovering an old limited edition, tracking it down and reading how best to brew it — I would be grateful for any help towards keeping it running and making it better.

Any amount at all helps — even $1.

A monthly contribution helps far more than a one-off one: most of what the site costs, servers included, is billed monthly.

What it changes for you

Nothing. A contribution unlocks no extra features, lifts no limits and changes none of the capsules or prices you see.

Common questions

What does the money go on?

Servers, the domain and the other recurring costs; anything beyond that goes towards extending what the site does and adding new features, which will stay free.

Will the site start charging if contributions dry up?

No. It was free before any contributions and it will stay that way.

Why is a monthly contribution preferred?

Because the costs are monthly too. A small regular contribution is far easier to plan around than the same amount given once.
