  • A tall and skinny glass works best for the layered effect, brew the coffee into one cup, then in the cup with sparkling water have a ton of ice filled like 60% of the way and very slowly add your coffee into it.

    Fill a tall narrow glass about 60% with sparkling water and plenty of ice. Brew the capsule separately, then pour the coffee slowly over a spoon into the sparkling water to preserve the layers.
